The 2015 Ironman Lake Tahoe triathlon is going after 3, 500 volunteers over the course of our five days with the main event held Sun, Sept. 20. This is the third cash flow triathlon staged at various retailers around Lake Tahoe, Truckee but also Squaw Valley.
Volunteers and offer groups are needed from Sept. 16-21.
The Ironman Lake Tahoe Triathlon covers a large region and commences with a 2 . 4-mile swim from Kings Beach in Lake Tahoe, following a 112-mile bike trip getting a two-loop circuit traveling from Rulers Beach, Truckee and then over the Brockway Summit, finishing at Squaw Area. Athletes then grab their trainers and complete a 26. 2-mile convention run through Squaw Valley and look out onto Lake Tahoe, for this two-loop perform, eventually ending up back in Squaw Area for the finish.
